Green Jack existence is due to the skills and passion of master brewer Timothy Dunford [as well as the support of wife and business partner Lee Dunford]. Tim has brewed numerous multi-award winning traditional real ales in the 15 years he has been brewing and is a well known and respected commentator on all things “real ale”.
